Well done to some of our dads and lads who took part in an Ulster GAA Dads and Lads social participation blitz in Mullaghbawn. 

These blitzes are played using national programme rules, promoting fair play and providing an opportunity for players no longer playing competitively for their clubs to keep in touch with the game. 

Dads and Lads is a great social outlet for men and also has the health related benefits that come with doing regular exercise.
